· Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in
mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
· Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination

· Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
· Vehicles confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched
off during hill drives.
· All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the
destination.
· Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions is non-refundable.
· All entrances fees will be on direct payment basis as per Itinerary
· It is not advisable to travel in night, if necessary supplement charge applicable
· We are committed to providing vehicles as per quotation like Innova / xylo or similar but cannot provide any
particular model of said car.
· We are not liable to provide any alternative option if the permit is not approved or road blockage for the North
Sikkim tour. Guests will be booked by his/her own cost and no refund will be made against this booking.
· Sometimes we provide similar cars due to permit issues or non-availability of said car.
· Please inform nationality and country of travelers If Non-Indian travelers are travel
· Tsomgo Lake, Nathula Pass, Lachung and Lachen are subject to Permissibility, if Permit application is not approved
then alternative tours will be provided.
· Please carry a valid voter ID card/ Passport along with 4 pieces of passport size photographs for all passengers.
Aadhar card is not valid id proof in entire Sikkim.
· Those who are partially vaccinated or who are below 18 years of age shall be permitted to enter on production of
negative RTPCR report taken within 72 hours prior to date of entry.
· If any emergency lockdown or new covid19 guidelines are announced by any State government for your travel
destinations then the tour will be postponed, refund not possible.
· For Travel Card please send all passenger details 7-10 days before the journey.
· No Refund will be entertained in case of Disasters, like disturbed political situations, bad weather, Earthquake and
any other natural calamities which are beyond control.
· Cancellation and Refund Policy strictly depends on Suppliers, like Airlines, Railways, Hotels, Transporters, etc.
· Driver details will be sent 24 hours prior from the travel date.
